Stott & May are recruiting a Vice President of Sales for a hyper-growth SaaS Fintech Software business who operate in a multi-billion $ market.
With over $150 million in Funding, they have grown by 100 employees to 170 in the past 7 months and looking to double in size by the end of 2021.
They are backed by one of the most successful fintech VC’s and one of the world’s largest asset management groups. They will be using the new funds to pursue multiple objectives, including growing their presence across multiple regions & expanding their global sales team.
They have a market leading product within the payments space and pioneering this part of the industry.
You will be suitable for this role if you have:
· 15+ years’ experience in Managerial and Direct Sales Roles - NOT Partner or Channel Sales.
· Managerial experience is a MUST and experience scaling a team is essential.
· FinTech or SaaS Sales Experience.
· Background selling into Financial Institutions, Banks, FinTechs or E-Commerce.
· Experience working within a Start-Up Environment.
· Entrepreneurial mindset who can work with leadership to develop and accomplish a sales and go-to-market plan.
· Proven track record of overachieving against sales, individual and team, quotas, and revenue goals.
