Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing site content proofing, editing and publishing
• Performing content QA and troubleshooting
• Loading image assets into templates
• Circulating preview links for approval
• Issuing daily email and Push Notification campaigns, adhering to strict deadlines
• Posting Social Media content to various platforms
• Work closely with the marketing and production management team
• Updating tracking tools to ensure client relationship management team has clear visibility into publication status
• Provide summary reports to showcase success of client campaigns

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working with Wordpress, or another enterprise CMS
• Proficiency in Google Office, MS Office and Confluence programs
• Knowledge of web publishing best practices
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS
• The ability to to perform tasks to a high quality whilst adhering to strict deadlines
• Flexibility and acceptance of rapid change
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule (Manila Time)

• Tuesday to Saturday (12AM-9AM) *first 2 weeks
• Monday to Friday (9PM-6AM) after onboarding

Location

• Permanent homebased (candidate should have their personal and reliable equipment and stable internet connection)
