About The Opportunity
Reporting to the head of the People Analytics team in the Human Resources (HR) function, the Principal Workforce Analyst partners with business stakeholders to develop data driven insights across all HR centers of excellence to demonstrate the effectiveness of organizational design (OD) strategies.
What You’ll Get To Do
- Collaborate with subject matter experts throughout human resources and the business to uncover data-driven insights and help solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle
- Independently manage big data analysis related to organizational structure, organizational effectiveness, employee development, compensation, attrition, culture and other HR topics, including the extraction, transformation, and loading of complex, large-scale datasets
- Conduct research and analysis of data from multiple sources – internal and external – using SQL Database operations and business intelligence visualization tools to summarize key insights and build recommendations to implement successful organizational design and talent solutions
- Support the build and maintenance of an informative, reliable people analytics ecosystem promoting – where possible – an on-demand, self-service approach for global leaders
- Work independently, managing multiple concurrent or complex projects with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Skills And Experience We Value
- Master’s degree in Analytics, Applied Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Organizational Leadership or equivalent work experience in talent management or organizational design preferred
- 7+ years of working with HR/people analytics and tools preferred
- 7+ years of experience working with data query and visualization tools – specifically SQL and Microsoft Power BI – preferred
- 7+ years of experience manipulating large, complex datasets – including extraction, transformation, and load processes – preferred
- Demonstrated integrity and critical thinking dealing with highly sensitive organizational HR data and business issues
- Experience supporting organizational design (OD) efforts, measuring and evaluating the impact of strategic choices on the business and people
- Strong communication skills, the ability to tell compelling stories with data, and comfort communicating with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience building dashboards, automated reports, and models using HRIS systems, relational databases, business intelligence systems, and other reporting systems
- Ability to quickly understand new data sources and manipulate large data sets (through data mining, data cleansing) to manage and analyze using tools such as SQL, R, or Python
- Ability to produce accurate, reliable data tools and predictive modeling through thorough application of business acumen and quality data analysis
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently with minimal oversight, while exercising good judgment in problem solving and keeping team members adequately informed.
