Job Description

Reporting line direct to Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities will be;

o To develop and execute strategic plan for building up new Customer and channel sales platform align with business requirements.
o To develop and execute strategic plan for family sales basket to increase within existing and new customer.
o To develop new channel and business expansion outskirt of Yangon. ( Medium / Low segments level ) .
o To develop and execute special innovative initiative projects to increase revenue
o Responsible for leading and driving the Integrated Commercial Planning process and to ensure cross-functional participation and alignment.
o Ensure implementation and periodic update/follow up of Category Channel Plan
o Support in development of Customer and Field Sales Plans
o Responsible for leading, developing and accelerating the level of customer focus and capability within respective Category in the channel by ensuring customer knowledge and opportunities are a key element within commercial plans and processes
o Actively involved in the Monthly Business Planning Process with direct coordination of the Monthly Sales Review meetings
o Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

o Bachelor Degree
o Minimum 5-years relevant experience
o Able to work under pressure
o Must be able to develop project/account plans
o Excellent presentation and communication skills
o Excellent written and verbal skill
o Proficient in MS Office package - Excel, Outlook Calendar, Powerpoint
