Responsible for design, development and implementation of all Commercial products for Telenor Business while taking full P&L ownership.
Responsible to design and development of all Telenor Business products for both short term and long-term strategic products to drive growth and achieve market leadershipTake responsibility for the strategic direction, enhancement and financial performance of Telenor B2B portfolio of products and servicesLead and develop product roadmaps for all products and synthesize product requirements for an end-to-end customer journey covering the entire stack— mobile and connectivity, cloud solutions, data and Value-added servicesEstablish a clear view of customer needs, simplifying complex issues and developing appropriate solutions for their needs. Oversee analysis of customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product opportunities to grow market shareManage the lifecycle of new product and service development through launch - opportunity assessment, requirements definition, pricing, competitive analysis, development, and product launch.Develop and deploy wholesale solutions for IoT technology, creating strategic partnerships with partner firms - both inside and outside the group - structuring & pricing offerings and creating the business case(s) for the servicesWrite Product Requirement Documents that clearly define what is needed to create a competitive offering. Contribute to the development of sales tools and collateralKnowledge on ICT Product (Such as IPT Telephony, LAN, MPLS, Managed Service, Data centers, Hosted PABX, cloud, Managed Wi fi, Data networks like DIA, DPLC, Satellite etc., IoT & M2M like Vehicle tracking, digital metering etc.Oversee the development, and scheduling of ongoing training for direct and indirect customers for use of the IoT products. Provide hands-on leadership and direction to a team of Product & Marketing professionals within teamContinually interact with outside vendors, consultants, partners and customers to make sound, recommendations for strategic decisions regarding implementation alternatives across the entire stackResearch emerging IoT technologies and develop POC’s on proposed technologies with internal and external partnersPartner with engineering, data security, software architects, program management, support, data scientists and other cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop multi-year road-maps for a rapidly growing customer base
Required Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, digital/high-technology companies/products Understanding of how developers and IT use (and can use) the Internet of thingsProven track record in crafting compelling positioning and marketing contentExecution orientation to develop awesome marketing assets (product videos, web content)Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology productsA Bachelor/Master degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of studyA career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and a knack for driving and/or being associated with benchmark industry products/servicesAccomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed executionProven success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completionThe demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomouslySuperior presentation and written communication skillsThe ability to create innovative and targeted marketing programs that generate resultsThe candidate must also be a strong leader and excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate program recommendations and trade-offs to senior executives
