    Job Description
    : To be overall in charge of all of production works which needs to cover work volume of (35000 SQFT of window & doors per month and 20000 SQFT unitized system curtain wall & high-end products per month) and cover the warehouse affairs.

    Job Responsibility

    To be overall in charge of all of production including alum fabrication works and glazing works of all the projects which includes supervision; monitoring; finding out technical solution at production; control the warehouse function and factory administration work of factory workers including warehouse ‘s staff and workers.

    To supervise production in following function-

    To prepare production plan which align to PMD project schedules at every month and business plan including manpower; machinery and tool sources; time management and material sources.

    To liaise with Design Department for fabrication drawings; liaise to P & L department for machinery and tools sources and materials sources; HR department for man power sources and production time management for PMD.   

    To study the fabrication drawings and prepare cutting lists of each production orders with priority according to time management and project schedules.

    To check and plan required production machineries; tools and equipment and accessories.  Also, project materials; accessories for production accordingly. If any necessaries; need to raise up materials requisition to P & L immediately to avoid the delay of production work.

    To organize well the production unit such as cutting teams; fabrication team; assembling team and glazing team accordingly.

    To monitor each team with quality plan and productivity rate to catch target work volume at every month within time frame. Need to avoid overtime work to lower down the factory running cost.  

    To resolve the technical issue for fabrication & site installation to consult with CE; Design team and PMD team to meet the requirements of site installation works.

    To monitor and set up inspection and QA/ QC works upon finished products before delivery to sites or projects with proper documentation procedure.   

    To prepare weekly production reports and attend to submit weekly report at every week EC meeting to cooperate with relative departments.

    To supervise warehouse and delivery functions-

    To prepare delivery plan of finished products to sites or projects according to master schedule of projects raised up by PMD such as manpower; transportation; loading materials and unloading materials at site or projects with proper documentations.

    To monitor delivery plans with budget control; time management and manpower arrangement. All of products must be listed in warehouse first and delivery of finished products must be listed at warehouse before delivery to sites with proper documents.

    To monitor and supervise in & out issues for the raw materials of alum; glass and accessories; machinery tools and equipment at warehouse together with supervisor of warehouse.

    To update balance of raw materials; accessories; machineries; equipment and tools per monthly report together with warehouse supervisor.

    To raise up shortage of materials; accessories; machinery; consumable tools; equipment and necessaries in weekly to avoid the delay of production. Also prepare monthly budget included weekly budgets accordingly.
