၁။ သင္တန္းေက်ာင္း၏ ညႊန္ၾကားမႈႏွင့္ မူ၀ါဒအတိုင္း အဂၤလိပ္စာသင္ၾကားမႈႏွင့္ စာေမးပြဲျပင္ဆင္မႈမ်ားကို ေရးဆြဲရမည္။ မတူညီသည့္နယ္ပယ္ အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးမွလာေသာ ေက်ာင္းသား/သူမ်ားႏွင့္ မတူညီေသာအရည္ အခ်င္း Level မ်ိဳးစံုအတြက္ ကိုက္ညီေသာသင္ၾကားနည္းမ်ိဳးစံုကုိ ေရးဆြဲသင္ၾကားေပးျခင္း။
၂။ အကဲျဖတ္ျခင္း၊ အတန္းတြင္းေလ့လာျခင္းႏွင့္ တံု႔ျပန္ျဖည့္စီးေပးျခင္း၊ သင္ခန္းစာမ်ားစုေပါင္းေရးဆြဲျခင္း၊ ေက်ာင္းသား/သူမ်ားႏွင့္ပတ္သက္သည့္ ေကာက္ခ်က္ဆြဲျခင္း၊ ၾကီးၾကပ္စီမံျခင္းႏွင့္ အကဲျဖတ္ျခင္း၊ ေက်ာင္း ၀င္ခြင့္လက္ခံျခင္း၊ ၀န္ထမ္းအစည္းအေ၀းႏွင့္ သင္တန္းတက္ျခင္းစသည့္ အရည္းအေသြးျမင့္ အဂၤလိပ္ဘာသာစကား သင္ၾကားေရး အေထာက္အပံ့ျဖစ္ေစသည့္ လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားႏွင့္ ပညာေရးဆိုင္ရာ စီမံခန္႔ခြဲမႈမ်ားတြင္ ပူးေပါင္းပါ၀င္ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
၃။ သင္ရိုးညႊန္းတမ္း ပုိမုိေကာင္းသည္ထက္ေကာင္းမြန္ေရးႏွင့္ သင္ၾကားေရးအေထာက္အကူျပဳပစၥည္းမ်ား တုိးတက္ေကာင္းမြန္ေရးအတြက္ ဆန္းသစ္တီထြင္ျခင္း၊ အသစ္ဖြင့္လွစ္ေသာသင္တန္းမ်ားအလုိက္ သင့္ေလ်ာ္ေသာ၊ အသံုးျပဳရလြယ္ကူေသာ သင္ေထာက္ကူပစၥည္းမ်ားကုိ စီစဥ္ရာတြင္ အျပည့္အ၀ ပါ၀င္ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။ ေက်ာင္းသားသူမ်ားအတြက္ တစ္ဦးခ်င္းနားမလည္သည္ကုိ ျပန္လည္ရွင္းျပ သင္ၾကားေပးျခင္းႏွင့္ ဆက္လက္ဖတ္ရမည့္စာမ်ား၊ သက္ဆုိင္ရာအေၾကာင္းအရာအတြက္ အေထာက္အကူ ျပဳမည့္ resourse မ်ားရွာေဖြႏိုင္ရန္ ညႊန္ၾကားေပးျခင္းစသည့္လိုအပ္ေသာ ပံ့ပိုးမႈႏွင့္ လမ္းညႊန္မႈေပးျခင္း။
၄။ မိမိ၏သင္ၾကားေရးစြမ္းရည္ ေခတ္ႏွင့္အညီ ဆက္လက္ဖြံ႔ျဖိဳးတိုးတက္မႈရွိေအာင္ စိတ္အားထက္သန္စြာ အျမဲမျပတ္ ေလ့လာသင္ယူၾကိဳးစားအားထုတ္မႈရွိျခင္း။
၅။ အဂၤလိပ္ဘာသာစကားကုိ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ား မိမိကုိယ္ကုိယံုၾကည္မႈအျပည့္ျဖင့္ အသံထြက္မွန္မွန္ကန္ကန္ ႏွင့္ ေျပာရဲဆိုရဲရွိလာေအာင္ သင္ၾကားျပသေပးျခင္း။
၆။ အဂၤလိပ္ဘာသာစကားဆုိင္ရာ စာေမးပြဲမ်ား (ဥပမာ- Starters,movers,flyers,IELTS)မ်ား ေျဖဆိုရာတြင္ အေကာင္းဆံုးရလဒ္မ်ား ထြက္ရွိေအာင္ ေလ့က်င့္သင္ၾကားေပးျခင္း။
၇။ အဂၤလိပ္စာသင္ၾကားေရးမွတစ္ဆင့္ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ား၏ ကိုယ္က်င့္တရားႏွင့္စာရိတၱ၊ လူမႈေပါင္းသင္း ဆက္ဆံေရးႏွင့္ စိတ္ပိုင္းဆုိင္ရာဖြံ႔ျဖိဳးမႈ၊ အေတြးအေခၚႏွင့္ဗဟုသုတ စသည္တို႔တိုးပြားလာေအာင္ ျပဳစုပ်ိဳး ေထာင္ ေလ့က်င့္သင္ၾကားေပးျခင္း။
၈။ ေက်ာင္းသားတစ္ဦးခ်င္းစီ၏လိုအပ္ခ်က္ႏွင့္အညီ အမွန္တကယ္အက်ိဳးရွိျပီးထိေရာက္မႈရွိေသာ သင္ၾကား ေရး နည္းလမ္းမ်ားကုိအသံုးျပဳ၍ သင့္ေလ်ာ္ေသာသင္ခန္းစာေခါင္းစဥ္မ်ားကုိ ပညာသင္ႏွစ္အတြင္း လပုိင္း အလိုက္၊ ရက္ပိုင္းအလုိက္ စနစ္တက်ျပင္ဆင္ေရးဆြဲေပးျခင္း။
၉။ သင္ခန္းစာျပင္ဆင္ခ်က္ (Lesson Plan)ကို တစ္ပတ္ၾကိဳတင္ေရးဆြဲျပင္ဆင္ျပီး သက္ဆုိင္ရာအထက္ အရာရွိ(သို႔) တာ၀န္ခံမ်ားသုိ႔ တင္ျပေပးရမည္။ သင္ခန္းစာ (Lesson Plan)ကို ေရးဆြဲရာတြင္ မိမိသင္ၾကား ရမည့္အတန္း၏ Level၊ အသက္အရြယ္၊ Learning Patterns ႏွင့္ ကုိက္ညီမႈရွိေအာင္ သင္ရုိးစာအုပ္ရွိ သင္ခန္းစာမ်ားကို ျပင္ဆင္ေရးဆြဲျခင္း၊ ေက်ာင္းရွိ အေထာက္အကူျဖစ္ေစမည့္ သင္ေထာက္ကူပစၥည္းမ်ား အသံုးျပဳျခင္း၊ Onlineမွလိုအပ္ေသာ သင္ခန္းစာမ်ားရွာေဖြ စုေဆာင္းအသံုးျပဳျခင္းႏွင့္ မိမိကုိယ္ပုိင္တီထြင္ ဥာဏ္ကုိ အသံုးျပဳ၍ သင္ခန္းစာမ်ားစနစ္တက် ျပင္ဆင္ေရးဆြဲျခင္း။
၁၀။ ဖတ္စာအုပ္၊ ၀ယ္ယူထားေသာသင္ေထာက္ကူပစၥည္း၊ ကိုယ္တုိင္ရွာေဖြဖန္တီးထားေသာ သင္ေထာက္ကူ ပစၥည္းမ်ားကုိ ေသခ်ာစြာစနစ္တက်ေရြးခ်ယ္ျပင္ဆင္ အသံုးျပဳျခင္း။
၁၁။ ေက်ာင္းသား/သူမ်ားကို အဆင့္သတ္မွတ္၍ အကဲျဖတ္ျခင္း၊ အတန္းတြင္းလုပ္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားကို ေလ့လာ၍ အကဲျဖတ္ျခင္းမ်ား ျပဳလုုပ္ေပးရမည္။ သင္ခန္းစာအလုိက္လိုအပ္ေသာ စာေမးပြဲေမးခြန္းမ်ားႏွင့္ အကဲျဖတ္ သည့္ လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားကုိ လုိအပ္သလိုပံုစံထုတ္ ျပင္ဆင္ျခင္း။
၁၂။ Feedback မ်ားကုိ စာျဖင့္ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ ႏႈတ္ျဖင့္ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း ေက်ာင္းသား/ေက်ာင္းသူ၊ Managing Director, Marketing Staff ႏွင့္ သက္ဆုိင္ရာၾကီးၾကပ္သူ တာ၀န္ခံမ်ားကို ေျပာဆုိတင္ျပျခင္း။
၁၃။ အခန္းတြင္းထားရွိရန္ သင့္ေလ်ာ္သည့္ လိုက္နာရမည့္စည္းမ်ဥ္းႏွင့္ အျပဳအမူမ်ားကုိခ်မွတ္၍ ေက်ာင္းသား/ သူမ်ား အစဥ္မျပတ္ လိုက္နာေစရန္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္း။
၁၄။ ေက်ာင္းသား/သူမ်ားအား အစမ္းစာေမးပြဲစစ္ေဆးေပးျခင္း၊ လိုအပ္သလို ေဆြးေႏြးအၾကံေပးျခင္းမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ ေပးျခင္းျဖင့္ အဂၤလိပ္စာေလ့လာရာတြင္ အေထာက္အကူျပဳျခင္း။
၁၅။ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ား၏ တက္ေရာက္မူမွတ္တမ္း (Attendance)၊ အတန္းတြင္းလုပ္ေဆာင္မႈမွတ္တမ္း၊ သင္ခန္းစာမ်ားစစ္ေဆးျခင္း၊ တိုးတတ္မႈမွတ္တမ္း၊ စာေမးပြဲစစ္ေဆးမႈဇယားႏွင့္ Reference မ်ား၊ စားေမးပြဲ စစ္ေဆးျခင္းႏွင့္ ရလဒ္မွတ္တမ္းမ်ားစသည့္ သင္ၾကားေရးရလဒ္အကဲျဖတ္မႈႏွင့္ သက္ဆုိင္သည့္ စာရြက္ စာတမ္းမ်ား ျပဳစုျခင္း၊ မွတ္တမ္းထိန္းသိမ္းျခင္းမ်ားကို လုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္း။
၁၆။ သင္ခန္းစားႏွင့္ သင္ရုိးမ်ား ပိုမိုတုိးတက္ေကာင္းမြန္ေစေရးတြင္ ပူးေပါင္းပါ၀င္ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
၁၇။ အျခားလုပ္ေဖာ္ကိုင္ဖက္မ်ား ပ်က္ကြက္ပါက အစားထုိး၀င္ေရာက္ သင္ၾကားေပးႏိုင္ျခင္း။

- Understand the FTK Int'l Preschool Curriculum thoroughly and able to create/prepare related classroom materials and lesson plan

Job Description

The main purpose of the role is

 To convert student enquiries into registered students by identifying their needs and matching our programmes to give a best-fit solution, in line with HEC Liege EMBA standards and volumes

* Educated to degree level or relevant work experience that demonstrates analytical and communication skills
* Fluent in Burmese and English

Job Description

• Deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills or to improve employee performance.
• Contribute to creating training course development and training materials.
• Contribute to developing a deep employee engagement through the implementation of an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, success and ROI periodically and report on them to Training and Development management.
• Maintain and develop professional working relationships with management teams.
• Support the team with all other administrative tasks related to training and development.

Male/Female

Job Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the training field. Familiarity with e-Learning is a plus.
• Good communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation.
• Creative thinking and a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to prioritize activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Take responsibility for actions and tasks.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Must be good in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel.
