Position : Trade Marketing Assistant Manager

Reporting To : Trade Marketing Manager (Thailand HQ) & Country Manager
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Kamaryut Township, Yangon. (Near Junction Square)
To responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth through the partners, distributors, retailers and shoppers. Acting as a bridge between the sales and marketing team. Manage and analyze marketing events and activities to optimize effectiveness of spent budgets. Coordinate POSM’s visual and physical display and report market data, customers and shoppers’ research, etc..
Maximize off take on company brands through developing best in class Point of Sale Material (POSM) with Trade Marketing team & Sales Team.
Accurately forecast banded gifts and any other special packs for all areas of the sector.
Develop & deliver necessary trainings for product knowledge & shoppers' profile.
Plan in conjunction with Country Manager, Sale Manager & Sales Team the salesman merchandizing tools Plan in coordination for Marketing and Sales the support for all new launches.
Develop sales presenters & road shows for partners' sales teams whenever needed.
Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches implantation in key markets.
Assess launch success & prepare closing report for major launches.
Yearly Promotions Planning / ManagementDevelop yearly promotional plan on brand level & country level in line with brand guidelines, Sales feedback as well as shoppers' insights.Present to Country Manager, Sales Manager, Trade Marketing & Marketing Thailand proposed yearly promotional plan for approval.Align finance on promotional cost by promotion & all related charges.Ensure packaging quality is always best in class.Manage Trade Marketing budget efficiently & ensure cost policies are applied having in mind optimization between quality & price.
Promotions EvaluationPre & post promotions evaluation through: estimated ROI, IMS figures, Country Development Managers & market feedback as well as market data readings when applicable.Work closely with Finance to validate all promotions for future planning and efficient achievements.
Functional CoordinationConduct market visits in coordination with Country Manager & Marketing Thailand.
o Consult with other functions internally (Country Development Managers, Supply Chain, Marketing & Finance) as well as externally (Agencies, Key Accounts & Shoppers) as necessary to gain information and insights, as well as achieve results that are aligned with corporate and functional objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree graduated. (with Sales/Marketing diploma holder will be added advantage)
- Minimum 4 years sales/marketing experience in FMCG business.
- Position required to travel occasionally around Myanmar.
- Experience in BTL program including roadshow, promotion events, trade promotion & POSM activities.
- Require excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Must be strong team player with planning and organizing skills.
- Required service-minded, can-do attitude, adaptable and creative thinking personalities.
- Intermediate level of relevant computer skills. i.e. MS Office, PPT, email, online research, etc…
- Able to communicate in English
5 Weekdays and alternate Saturday
