  • Routine computer scanning for viruses and reporting.
  • Maintain staffs’ uniforms stock list and place order when stock is low.
  • Maintain day and night parking list and place stickers on the relevant cars.
  • Ensure petty cash is properly recorded by admin team
Marketing (Office Rental)
  • Prepare marketing report and good understanding of market rentals.
  • Daily Marketing calls/ cold calling to potential clients and facebook advertisements
  • Visit potential clients for marketing
  • Show potential clients for inspection of the office

Livestock & Mining (Administrations)

  • Travel and purchase required equipment for livestock.
  • Check DOC price (meat price report by facebook)
  • Sit in Weekly meetings and write minutes/ report to the team.
  • Travelling to Nay Pyi Taw for government related issues / license extensions( if required)


Housekeeping ,Maintenance & General cleanliness

  • Conduct a daily walk through of all public and heart of building areas to evaluate any cleanliness and maintenance opportunities.
  • Supervise the housekeeping team and ensure housekeeping schedule are followed.


Others

  • Plan and schedule for security's duty roaster and ensure they are properly attire.
  • Daily Security report and weekly report to Director/ manager.


Requirement

  • Graduate with related fields in Hotels/property management / Housekeeping experiences
  • At least 3-5 years of experiences in related fields
  • At least age 30 years and above.
  • Good communication skills in both written and speaking English and Burmese

  • Ensure that the work is carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the Project Safety Plan.
  • Report to the Project Engineer on all aspects effecting the works.
  • Make a weekly progress meeting with the subcontractors and report to project engineer.
  • Advice the Project Engineer of any non-conformance identified in the works.
  • Ensure that any corrective and preventive action identified as a result of any non-conformance in the works are carried out.

    • Find new site information through Agent, and proper channel
    • Communicate closely with the landlords in lease negotiation.
    • Collect market data (potential customers, populations, catchment, access route)
    • Assist to department head to prepare Feasibility Study
    • Prepare payment process related with lease
    • Assist to department head for OTL, Contract together with Legal team
    • Negotiate between Landlord Team & Property Management Team
    • Negotiate commercial term changes after opening
    • Review and prepare to renewal contract

    Job Requirements

    • Degree from any University Graduates .
    • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) , Power Point.
    • At Least 2 years experience in Real Estate (Leasing)
    • Communication, Corporation, Reporting, Team Work, Flexibility and Competent, Business and Finance Understanding, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking.
    • Business conversation level in both written and spoken English and local language.
    • Knowledge in current market rental rates.
