Develop a team of passionate store staffs to deliver exceptional customer service to kids & parents
Create and maintain a store environment that are safe & enjoyable for both our customers & employees thru robust policy
Accountable for achieving total Bkidz store sales target & profitability
Develop , implement, review & monitor the retail operation plan & budget
Build customer insights to be used for digital marketing & segmentation
Undertake all store training with the support of HR with the objectives of continuous improvement in service
Work with leasing team to identify potential location for future expansion
Ensure stores are in excellence operating condition including VM & Merchandise display
Work with project team on design, layout & fitting of new store expansion
Build a franchisable retail model for future expansion
Build strong professional relationship with suppliers/vendors
Support and work with other departments in the company: Logistic, Finance & Marketing to achieve common company objectives
Any Graduate ( a numerate degree is more preferable. i.e. Business Management).
Some solid retail experience (prefer the person who has experience in FMCG field).
Be Proficient in both English & Myanmar Languages.
Must have the good practice on Mathematics and Knowledge of Microsoft office software package
Ideally 5 years of Modern Trade channel experience preferably in realevant field
Experience developing concepts and brand communication
Demonstrated high performance in project management
Strategic thinking (sound attention for details without losing focus on big picture)
Can use very well Computer technical Skill (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
