Duties and Responsibilities

  • ေရးဆြဲထားေသာ Scheduled မ်ားအတိုင္း၀န္းထမ္းမ်ား၏ အလုပ္တက္ေရာက္မႈအေျခအေနမ်ား ၊ ခြင့္ႏွင့္ နာရက္မ်ားကို စီမံေျဖရွင္းျခင္း ႏွင့္ မေက်နပ္ခ်က္မ်ားတိုင္တန္းမႈမ်ားကို ကိုင္တြယ္ေျဖရွင္းျခင္း ၊ Welfare ႏွင့္ Transportation မ်ား စသည့္ေဆာင္ရြက္ခ်က္မ်ားကိုနည္းစနစ္က်န ေသခ်ာစြာေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
  • ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ ခြင့္ႏွင့္ နာရက္မ်ားကို စီမံေပးရန္ႏွင့္ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားမွ ခြင့္မတိုင္ျခင္း ၊ ခြင့္မျပဳဘဲပ်က္ကြက္ျခင္းမ်ားႏွင့္ အျခားသတ္မွတ္ထားေသာ စည္းကမ္းႏွင့္ ခ်မွတ္ထားေသာ Policy ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္သည့္ကိစၥရပ္မ်ား စသည္တို႔ကို Business Manager သို႔တင္ျပအစီရင္ခံရန္။
  • မုန္႕မ်ားမွန္ကန္စြာျဖင့္ အခ်ိန္မွန္ေနရာမွန္ေရာက္ရွိေစရန္ႏွင့္ဆိုင္တြင္ ထုတ္လုပ္ေရာင္းခ်ေသာမုန္႕မ်ားအတြက္လိုအပ္ေသာ Finished goods, Premix raw, F&P , Packing order မ်ား Stock out မျဖစ္ေစရန္စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္ႏွင့္ ပိုလွ်ံ၍ေလလြင့္ျခင္းမရွိေအာင္တာ၀န္ယူရန္။
  • ဆိုင္တြင္ထုတ္လုပ္ေရာင္းခ်ေနသည့္ မုန္႕မ်ားကို သတ္မွတ္ထားေသာ အရည္အေသြးမွီေအာင္ ထုတ္လုပ္ၿပီး ေလ်ာ့နည္းဆံုးရွံဳးမႈ ၊ အေလအလြင့္ျဖစ္ပြားမႈေလ်ာ့နည္း ေအာင္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
  • ေန႔စဥ္ Daily Balance Sheet အားေရးဆြဲ၍ မွန္ကန္တိက်မႈရွိေအာင္ တိုက္ဆိုင္စစ္ေဆးရန္။
  • မေက်နပ္ခ်က္မ်ား Customer တိုင္တန္းမႈမ်ားကို ကိုင္တြယ္ေျဖရွင္းရန္။
  • Daily Operation အတြက္လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို အေဆင္ေျပေခ်ာေမြ႕ေစရန္အတြက္ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီရန္။
  • ေအာက္ပါအရည္အခ်င္းမ်ားလိုအပ္ပါသည္။

    • တကၠသိုလ္တစ္ခုခုမွဘြဲ႕ရၿပီးသူျဖစ္ရပါမည္။
    • ကြန္ပ်ဴတာအသံုးျပဳႏိုင္သူ (Word, Excel)
    • POS System , Ordering System & Basics Account & Inventory အေတြ႕အၾကံဳရွိရမည္။
    • အစားအစာႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ေသာလုပ္ငန္းမ်ား၊ စားေသာက္ဆိုင္မ်ားတြင္  စီမံခန္႕ခြဲမႈအေတြ႕အၾကံဳအနည္းဆံုး (6) လ သို႔ (1) ႏွစ္ခန္႕ရွိရမည္။

    Job Summary

    Plan and carry our sales operation to increase sales volume and customer share in regional sales channel. Partner with and assist customer/distributor in spreading brand and products awareness and ensure company products are visible and within reach.  

    ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ နယ္ေစ်းကြက္တြင္ အေရာင္းပမာဏႏွင့္ Customer/Sub-Distributor မ်ား တိုးပြါးလာေစရန္ Plan မ်ားစြဲ၍ လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။ Company ၏ Product အေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ ကုန္ပစၥည္းမ်ားအေၾကာင္း ပိုမိုထင္ရွားလူသိမ်ားေစရန္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။ ကုန္ပစၥည္းမ်ား ပိုမိုျမင္သာေစျခင္းႏွင့္ စားသံုးသူမ်ားထံသို႔ လြယ္ကူစြာေရာက္ရွိႏိုင္မႈမ်ား ေသခ်ာေစရန္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။ 


    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Assistant Sales Manager in implementing the sales techique and execution plans.
      • အေရာင္းနည္းစနစ္မ်ား၊ Execution Plan မ်ား အေကာင္အထည္ေဖၚျခင္းမ်ားတြင္ ပါဝင္ကူညီရန္၊
    • Assist the Assistant Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers. 
      • Customer အေဟာင္းႏွင့္အသစ္မ်ားကို Pofessional ဆန္ျပီး အလြန္ေကာင္းမြန္ေသာ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားေပးရန္၊   
    • Assist Asistant Sales Manager in ensuring all marketing and promotional activities and assigned duties are executed effectively to optimize results.
      • Marketing ႏွင့္ Promotion Activities ၏ ရလဒ္မ်ား အျမင့္ဆံုးရရွိေစရန္အတြက္ လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားတြင္ Asst. Sales Manager အား ကူညီေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။  
    • Make regular visit to partners to develop positive working relationships and to educate partners about product portfolio and services offered by providing current information for new products and promotion scheme.   
      • နယ္ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားထံသို႔ သြားေရာက္၍ Positive Working Relationship တည္ေဆာက္ျခင္း၊ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား၏ Product Awareness ႏွင့္ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈ Level မ်ားတိုးတက္ေစရန္ သင္ၾကားကူညီေထာက္ပံ့ျခင္း ႏွင့္ Promotion Scheme အသိေပးရွင္းျပျခင္း။ 
    • Forecast plan for stock of product for the each accounts.    
      • ကိုယ္စားလွယ္တစ္ဦးစီ၏ေရာင္းအားအတြက္ Stock မ်ားခန္႔မွန္းခ်န္လွပ္ထားရွိရန္ ၾကိဳတင္စီမံျခင္း။ 
    • Develop process improvements to approach partner management activities.  
      • Partner Management Activities မ်ား ပိုမိုတိုးတက္ ေကာင္းမြန္ေစရန္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္း။      
    • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotation, and pricing strategy.  
      • အေရာင္းျမွင့္တင္ေရးနည္းဗ်ဴဟာႏွင့္ ေရာင္းေစ်းနည္းဗ်ဴဟာမ်ား ပိုမိုဖြံ႕ျဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေစရန္ Partner မ်ားႏွင့္ ညွိႏႈိုင္း၍ အဆိုျပဳတင္ျပရန္္။     
    • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.  
      • ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား၏ အေရာင္း Performance မ်ားကို သံုးသပ္၍ တိုးတင္ေကာင္းမြန္ေစရန္ အၾကံေပးလမ္းညႊန္ျခင္း။     
    • Forecast all sale revenue, product and budget expectation for each account in Regional.                                   
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly quota for each accounts.   
      • နယ္ Account တစ္ခုျခင္းႏွင့္ Product တစ္ခုျခင္းစီအတြက္ အေရာင္းဝင္ေငြပမာဏမ်ားကို ၾကိဳတင္မွန္းဆ ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္းႏွင့္ လစဥ္၊ ၃ လ ပတ္စဥ္ Quota မ်ားကို ၾကိဳတင္စီမံထားရန္။        
    • Update the information in market and competitor activities.  
      • ေစ်းကြက္သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္ႏွင့္ ျပိဳင္ဖက္မ်ား၏ Activities မ်ား အခ်ိန္ႏွင့္တေျပးညီတင္ျပရန္။    
    • Direct, manage, coordinate and evaluate the company sale program.    
      • Company ၏ အေရာင္းအစီအစဥ္မ်ားကို သံုးသပ္ျခင္း၊ ညိွႏႈင္းျခင္း၊ စီမံျခင္းမ်ားလုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္။     
    • Resolve partner related issues, sale conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
      • Partner မ်ားႏွင့္သက္ဆိုင္ေသာကိစၥရပ္မ်ား၊ အေရာင္းႏွင့္ေရာင္းေဈးဆိုင္ရာကိစၥရပ္မ်ားကို လိုအပ္သလို ကိုင္တြယ္ေျဖရွင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။    
    • Review market to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing and competition.
      • Customer မ်ား၏ လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ား၊ အေရာင္းပမာဏအလားအလာ၊ ေရာင္းေဈးႏွင့္ ျပိဳင္ဆိုင္မွႈဆိုင္ရာမ်ားကို တြက္ခ်က္ရည္မွန္းဆံုးျဖတ္ႏိုင္ ရန္ ျပန္လည္သံုးသပ္ျခင္းမ်ားလုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္။             
    • Work closely with Sale Manager to retention of sales and improve market position, sales tools, campaigns, promotions and marketing plans.
      • Customer ႏွင့္ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္အသစ္မ်ား ပိုမိုတိုးပြါးရရွိေရး၊ ရွိရင္းစြဲ Customer မ်ား ဆက္လက္တည္ျမဲေစေရး ႏွင့္ Market position, sales tools, campaigns, promotions and marketing plans မ်ား ပိုမိုေကာင္းမြန္ေစေရး အတြက္ Sales Manager အား အနီးကပ္ကူညီပံ့ပိုးေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။

    Key Competencies


    • At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG regional sales
    • FMCG အေရာင္းပိုင္းတြင္ ၂ ႏွစ္လုပ္ကိုင္ဖူးရမည္။
    • Working experiences in well established trading or FMCG company would be added advantage
    • Able to speak basic english
    • English စာ အေျခခံနားလည္ေျပာဆိုႏိုင္သူ။
    • Must be resourceful and relationship with several dealers all around the Myanmar

    Resposibilities


    •    Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    •    Implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
    •    Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales persons
    •    Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    •    Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to country manager
    •    Management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s.
    •    Setting sales KPI’s to manage activity within the team.
    •    Review and get involve any designs
    •    Training the sales team on sales techniques and giving advice.
