Purpose: Join ONOW Myanmar to coach and support hundreds of small businesses around the country. The Business Support Assistant's (BSA) purpose is to observe, monitor, and support ONOW trained businesses to grow and maintain their financing payments.

Key Activities: The Business Support Assistant collects data on businesses, asks coaching questions for operational improvement, understands individual business contexts, tracks and pursues delinquent payments, and reports business performance to management.

  • Translate the reports and documents from Myanmar to English and vice versa
  • Assist in conducting Public Consultation Meetings and Stakeholder Meetings
  • Assist in environmental and social impact assessment
  • Attend meetings with the client

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT

  • Must be University Graduate
  • Must be proficient in four skills of English language
  • Must be able to type Myanmar Font
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office such as Wood, Excel and Power Point
  • Preferable to have basic concept and usage of any GIS software application
  • Preferable to have interest in environmental and social consideration
  • Preferable to have strong communication skills
  • Enthusiastic to learn new things
  • No experience is necessary
